Get on an Arabian Thoroughbred for the ride
No need to advertise Arabian thoroughbreds, these magnificent racing stallions with unparalleled pedigree. The Kingdom of Bahrain has high quality stud farms, in which you can experience a beautiful horseback ride. A must-see is the one that circles Fort Qal’at al-Bahrain, shortly before sunset. You will be accompanied by a guide on foot, for maximum security. And there is more to enjoy the scenery and the moment of relaxation!
Thrill on the Formula 1 circuit
The Bahrain Formula 1 circuit can be visited. Located in the middle of the desert, it immediately impresses with its grandeur and its imposing infrastructures. If you are a fan of speed and sensation, you can test a few laps on this legendary track… in a kart! Yes, we are not going to stick you right away in a race car going at 200 kilometers an hour. But a go-kart rolling flush with this smooth asphalt, that is already having its effect! Not to mention following in the footsteps of Lewis Hamilton or Sebastian Vettel at the reception.
After these emotions, we suggest you to visit the Bahrain Museum
This magnificent museum is located at the foot of the sea, just opposite the old town of Muharraq. Just for the view, the visit is worth the detour. This is the type of visit that provides a great introduction to discovering the Kingdom of Bahrain. The museum presents several large thematic rooms, between the history of the Dilmun civilization and its traditions, homage to local artisanal know-how, such as embroidery or pottery. Without forgetting the presentation of pearl fishing, with reconstructions and life-size boats in the museum. Everything is very fun to do !
