DAY 2
Hanoi/ visits & discovery of Culture, Tradition & History (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel.
08h30: Your guide welcomes you at hotel and starts by visiting the Museum of Ethnology which includes costumes, tools, musical instruments and some houses of Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups (closed on Mondays). Then we visit the Temple of Literature, the "first university of Vietnam" and Tran Quoc Pagoda built in the 5th century.
Visit the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son Temple. A walking tour in the Old Quarter of Hanoi allows you to understand the local life before attending the evening Water Puppet Show.
Free time for dinner. Night in Hanoi.
DAY 3
Hanoi - Halong Bay, cruise & activities Night on board
After breakfast,
Meeting with your team of tour guide & driver for the departure for Halong Bay, passing the traditional Vietnamese countryside with its villages, markets, rice fields. Stop for a short break, visit a workshop manufacturing ceramics and a school of training of all traditional artisan crafts of Vietnam.
Arrival in Halong around noon, boarding the junk.
Having lunch on boat with seafood while admiring an extraordinary landscape, "one of the wonders of the world," nearly three miles of limestone islands and fantastic shapes: turtle, sailing sampan, etc ... scattered in the emerald water with a surface of 1,500 km².
Stop at the Surprise cave, we visit a mysterious atmosphere by thousands of stalagmites and stalactites, then climb the top of Titov island or go swimming at the beach if time permits. Back to cruise, admiring the sunset on the sundeck of the Junk, attend the cooking class and enjoy the Happy hour (buy two drinks, get one free). Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 4
Halong Bay / cruise - Ninh Binh (Halong Bay land)
After breakfast, continue the cruise through the Bay passing very beautiful places on return direction. Before landing, we take lunch on board early. At the pier driver and guide awaits to take you to Ninh Binh, crossing the Red River delta.
On the way to Ninh Binh, visit and explore the ceramic village of Dong Trieu.
Arrival in Ninh Binh. dinner and overnight stay in Ninh Binh.
DAY 5
Ninh Binh / visits & walks & discovery of beautiful landscape - Hanoi & flight to Saigon
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast your guide will take you to Tam Coc, a bamboo rowboat awaits you for an unforgettable 2 hours ride through a natural landscape with visiting the caves of Tam Coc. A show at once sublime and relaxing. Afterward take a bike ride to Bich Dong Pagoda located on the hillside.
Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, get on a vehicle for a drive to the airport for your flight to Danang. On the way make a stop to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda a large complex with many buildings. Inside you can see a bronze Buddha Sykamuni statue 10 meters high and 100 tons heavy which is certified as the biggest statue in Vietnam.
Take your flight at the airport to Saigon. Arrive in Saigon, welcomed by local guide and driver then transfer to hotel for check in.
Saigon - Mekong / visits & activities - Can Tho
After breakfast.
Meet your guide and driver to go to My Tho, a vast network of thousands of canals that characterizes the life of the Mekong Delta, the largest rice bowl in Vietnam.
The Mekong bursts into 9 large rivers in the very south of Viet Nam, forming a delta of more than 100 kilometers. The land, humid and flooded each year, produces lush and varied vegetation. The delta is vast and can be discovered by boat ride on the rivers, canals, visiting the islands, discovering local life and especially via the floating markets.
Boarding for a cruise on the Mekong to the islet of Thoi Son or Unicorn Island: large tropical garden of 11km².
Tasting exotic fruits and good fresh honey from the hives in the orchards.
Lunch on the island. The specialties include the famous elephant ear fish. In the afternoon, a sampan rides on the small arroyos, where lush vegetation grows on both banks.
We continue our journey to Can Tho, the region considered the most fertile in this delta. Overnight at the hotel in Can Tho.
DAY 7
Can Tho / Floating Market - Fly to Phu Quoc.
After breakfast
Early in the morning meet your guide and driver for departure by private sampan to visit the most genuine market in the region - Cai Rang floating market. We cruise along the canals to discover the life of the delta which comes alive: cast net fishermen, small boats offering all kinds of tropical fruits and local soups for breakfast.
Disembark to transfer to the airport for your flight to Phu Quoc. Upon Arrival in Phu Quoc, the driver takes you to the hotel for check in. Rest of the day is at your leisure.
Overnight in Phu Quoc.

DAY 10
Phu Quoc - Fly to Saigon
After breakfast
Free time at your leisure until check out. Then go to the airport for your flight to Saigon.
Upon Arrival in Saigon the driver will take you to the hotel for check in. Rest of the day is free time to explore the city.
DAY 11
Saigon / visits & discovery
Breakfast at the hotel.
Get picked up by your guide and driver to explore Ho Chi Minh city, a fast-paced metropolis full of contrasts. You will first visit Notre Dame Cathedral, discover the magnificent neon-Romanesque architecture. Opposite is the Central Post Office, one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City and learn about this significant landmark.
Your next stop will be Reunification Palace, formerly the Presidential Palace of the South Vietnam Regime. Afternoon continue your visit to the War Remnants Museum where there is a vast display of machinery, weapons, photos, and documentation of the Vietnam War. In the courtyard massive military vehicles are for exhibition. In the museum building itself, each floor will represent a separate theme from the war and the war crimes committed.
Next you will go to Chinatown, Thien Hau pagodas, which is dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea. Explore the highlights of this fascinating area, beginning with intricate friezes, carved tableau and impressive incense coils make for some great photos.
DAY 12
Saigon - Free time & Departure
After breakfast
Free time at your leisure till departure for the airport to take your flight home.
