DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Welcome to Hanoi, a thousand-year-old city
Welcome by your local agent and your driver, and transfer to the city center. Formerly named Thang Long ("City of the Rising Dragon") when it was created over 1000 years ago, Hanoi is now a city of irresistible charm, between tradition and modernity. Located in the center of the Red River Delta, Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is the heart of the country and one of the most fascinating cities in the world. Installation at the hotel- Apricot 5* ( Sketch room) - The rest of the day is free to explore Hanoi at your leisure and at your own pace.
Day 2: Ha noi - Ha Long, cruise and night in the heart of the 8th wonder of the world
Around 8 am, you will hit the road towards Ha Long bay (bay descent of the dragon), through countryside landscapes where the culture of rice predominates. Arrival in Ha Long and immediate boarding on your private boat for a superb exploration of the legendary bay, classified World Heritage by UNESCO. Covering an area of over 1553 km2 and including 2000 islands and islets including most are uninhabited and have not been disturbed by human activity, it forms a spectacular marine panorama of pillars of limestone rocks and represents a perfect model of a karst landscape in a tropical, hot and humid climate. You will have the opportunity to see fishermen at work on their small traditional boats. Feast on a seafood meal served by the junk crew as you continue cruising the bay. You will also visit a cave (the Celestial Palace, the Surprise or Tien Ong, depending on your private boat schedule) during the cruise, and enjoy the many viewpoints over this peaceful expanse ... Overnight aboard your private cabine on Indochina boat.
Day 3: Ha Long - Ha Noi
Your cruise in Ha Long Bay continues, in the middle of countless islets offering spectacular landscapes. The landscape will never cease to amaze you! Around 11:30 am, arrival at the port and drive to Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi tour, culture and tradition
In-depth discovery of the capital of Vietnam. You start with a visit to the captivating Museum Ethnographic (closed Mondays) which brings together costumes, traditional musical tools and instruments, as well as houses with typical architecture of the country's 54 ethnic groups. The day continues with a visit to the Temple of Literature, "Vietnam's first university". Then direction the oldest pagoda in Hanoi: Tran Quoc and its Ngoc Son temple located on the shores of central Hoan lake Kiem. Discovery of the old quarter of Hanoi “Xplore style”. To discover the old town of Hanoi, we offer a walking tour specially designed to give you a picture of the daily life of Vietnamese. Founded in 1010, Hanoi has been the capital of several dynasties: Ly, Tran, Le ... Every street, every old house tells a part of Vietnam's history. We will therefore take you through the various lively streets, in particular to visit a small temple or even meet a craftsman in a market. At the end of the afternoon, do not miss the water puppet show, a typical traditional Tonkinese entertainment!
Day 5: Hanoi Hoi An, the city of lanterns
Depart in the morning for Hanoi airport and fly to Da Nang. Upon arrival, welcome and transfer to Hoi An. Installation at the hotel - Anatara Hoi An 5* - Deluxe balcony room. In the afternoon, visit of the city of Hoi An: the museum of antiques, the Japanese Bridge, Chinatown, Phung Hung's House, the market and port (Hoi An was an important trading port in Asia South-East from the 15th to the 19th century). Discovery of the Chuc pagoda Thanh - the oldest pagoda in Hoi An (1454) for better understand local Buddhism. Night at the hotel.
Day 6: Hoi An by boat, the craft villages
Departure around 8 am from your hotel, in order to walk to the main pier of the city, the opportunity to make a little walk in the middle of the narrow streets of Hoi An inenjoying the morning freshness. Boarding and cruise along the Thu Bon River to reach Thanh Ha, the pottery village. Discovery of the different stages of making everyday objects such as vases, pots, kettles, saucepans ... Then, stop at Kim's village Bong to meet the woodcarvers and admire thefishing vessels. Return to Hoi An by boat. End of the day free to stroll in this small town that you will amaze you with its flowery streets and lanterns that light up at nightfall.
Day 7: Hoi An paradise island of Phu Quoc
Transfer to Danang airport for your flight to Phu Quoc. Nestled in the gulf of Thailand, the island of Phu Quôc is a small wonder very popular with lovers of "idleness". Its pristine beaches, tropical forests and fishing villages will delight those who wish to complete their journey while resting in an idyllic setting. Day 8: Discovery of the most beautiful beaches on the island
Take advantage of your first day on the island to explore the most beautiful beaches of the island, by taxi or scooter: Long Beach (Bai Dai), Bai Ong Lang, or Bai Sao… You will not be disappointed! You can also stay at your hotel to rest and enjoy its private beach and activities.
Day 9: Immersion in nature and history of Phu Quoc Immerse yourself in nature and the daily life of the villagers. Walk a few minutes or rent a scooter to discover the fauna and flora on this island. Visit Suoi Tranh Waterfall and Hang Doi cave in the heart of the National Park. In the afternoon, visit the old Phu Quoc prison for enrich your knowledge about the Vietnam War between 1954 - 1975 Built in 1950 by French colonialists as place of detention of political dissidents, it is now transformed into a museum.
Day 10: Phu Quoc Ho Chi Minh City
Transfer by car to Phu Quoc airport for your flight to of Ho Chi Minh City. Reception and transfer to the city center for installation at your hotel, The Myst 5 * in a Dong Khoi room.
Day 11: Last moments in Ho Chi Minh city
Depending on the schedule of your return flight, enjoy your free time to discover the lively streets of Ho Chi Minh city: Le Loi, Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Hue, Pasteur, or rest at the hotel (room available until 12 p.m.). Transfer to the airport. End of our services
