  Day 2

Bangkok Temples and Canal Tour 

• Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and pick up by our driver and guide and get ready to explore the Main highlights of the city of Angels
• Visit Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), one of the most important temples in Thailand, and the Grand Palace, a stunning architectural masterpiece and former residence of the kings of Thailand
• Continue to Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha), the largest temple in Bangkok and home to a 46-meter-long reclining Buddha statue
• Take a break for lunch at a local restaurant 
• In the afternoon, take a long-tail boat ride along the canals (klongs) of Bangkok, also known as the \\\"Venice of the East,\\\" to explore the city\\\'s hidden waterways and traditional way of life. See the local houses built on stilts, markets, and temples along the canals.
• Visit Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, and known for its stunning architecture and beautiful views of the river and the city

Bangkok to Kanchanaburi Including Markets 

• Have breakfast at your hotel in Bangkok and Check Out
• Depart for Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, located about 100 km southwest of Bangkok. Here, you can experience the hustle and bustle of a traditional Thai floating market, where vendors sell a variety of goods from small boats on the canal. You can also take a boat ride around the market to explore further.
• After the floating market, visit a nearby fruit farm to learn about the local fruits and try some fresh fruit.
• Enjoy a delicious lunch, perhaps sampling some local Thai cuisine.
• visit the Maeklong train market, where vendors sell their goods right on the tracks of an active railway line. When the train comes through, vendors quickly move their goods and awnings out of the way before resuming their sales once the train has passed.
• Continue your journey to Kanchanaburi to your Hotel

World War II Memorial Tour: Journey Along the Death Railway and Beyond 

• Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Kanchanaburi
• Pick up by our driver and guide and proceed to The Hellfire Pass Museum in Kanchanaburi, a poignant memorial that honors the thousands of Allied prisoners of war and Asian laborers who suffered and perished while constructing the Thai-Burma Railway during World War II.
• Then head to the train station to take the Death Railway back to the city, a historic and scenic journey through rugged landscapes and over treacherous terrain, offering a sobering reminder of the hardships endured by the prisoners of war who built the Thai-Burma Railway during World War II.
• Visit the River Kwai bridge, an iconic symbol of the infamous Thai-Burma Railway, known as the \\\"Death Railway,\\\" and stands as a powerful reminder of the suffering endured by Allied prisoners of war and local laborers during its construction in World War II.

Travel from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai and Khantoke Dinner

• On the way, stop at the Mae Krachan hot springs, where you can see how locals use the hot spring to boil eggs.
• Arrive in Chiang Mai, check in at the hotel.
• In the evening, pick-up from the hotel lobby and head to a local restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious traditional Khantoke dinner with a traditional performance.

  Day 10

Half Day Visit Sanctuary by Kanta Elephant Sanctuary (Join Tour) 

• 13.30 pm Drive approximately 50 Mins North of Chiang Mai through a beautiful countryside, forest, and local farming areas.
• 14.30 pm Arrive at Kanta Elephant Sanctuary. Walk through and learn about the elephants, change into traditional clothing and prepare fruits for our elephants.
• 15.00 pm Meet the elephants. Feed, interact, and play with the elephants in a natural environment and learn about their behavior and history. Take photos with the elephants.
• 16.00 pm Walk with the elephants to a clean water pond where they will cool off themselves and you will have a chance to observe them as well.
• 17.00 pm Get some tea, coffee and seasonal fruit then say goodbye to the elephants.  Leave Baan Chang Elephant Park and drive approximately 50 Mins back to Chiang Mai. Drop off at your hotel or accommodation.

Remark: At the Park, we will allow you to spend as much time as possible with the elephants. Therefore, there is no formal schedule and aside from pick-up times, the times shown here are approximations.
