Starter at choice:
Tomato medley tartare in olive oil topped with prawns, chorizo and chickpeas
Salmon marinated in dill on a cucumber carpaccio served with melon, horseradish and pomegranate seeds

Main course at choice:
Lightly seared bream fillet with a duo of tagliatelle and green pesto coulis
Red Label chicken supreme served with a ratatouille marmalade and savoury mushroom semolina cake

Dessert at choice:
Lemon and verbena dome with strawberry coulis
Choc-raspberry sweet treat (gluten-free dessert)

At 9 pm you will enjoy to the new revue : 70 artists including the beautiful Blue Bell Girls, dreamy costumes, breathtaking scenery, and a flurry of feathers!
You will be able to dance before the show.
