ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

This agreement presents the terms and conditions, concluded by and between you “the Affiliate” and the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ which govern the participation of the Affiliate in the More Travel For You Affiliate program allowing the Affiliate to earn commissions on the sales of products offered by the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ via links that the Affiliate uses in accordance with the terms of the More Travel For You Affiliate Program. The Affiliate acknowledges acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use by participating in the “More Travel For You Affiliate Program” and by completing the PayPal payment receipt address for sending commissions.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

The https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend or change these General Conditions of Use at any time. AGREEMENT

After registering for the More Travel For You Affiliate Program, the Affiliate will be authorized to use links to the linked website and will be authorized to receive commission payments for sales of products offered by the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ when end users will be registered as a payer after purchasing through the links placed by the Affiliate

OBLIGATIONS OF THE AFFILIATE

The Affiliate acknowledges being solely responsible for the proper compliance of the websites used to place the links with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including copyright laws, and agrees that they may only use Affiliate links on websites he owns.
If the Affiliate is a natural person, he declares and guarantees that he is at least 18 years old.

The Affiliate will not submit false Transactions.

OBLIGATIONS OF More Travel For You

The site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ undertakes to make payments to Affiliates of the More Travel For You Affiliate Program in accordance with these General Conditions of Use.

LIMITS ON More Travel For Yours LIABILITY

The https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ site cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by viruses or components to the service, the Affiliate’s software and / or the Affiliate’s website. The site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ will not be held responsible for any error in the implementation of the links that the Affiliate places on the sites or for the specific function of these links.

DURATION AND TERMINATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Use will come into force upon registration and acceptance of the Affiliate as an Affiliate of the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ and will remain in effect until terminated.

Both parties have the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect at any time. Affiliate must cease using the service immediately upon termination of this Agreement and remove all links to linked websites that Affiliate has integrated.

Violation of these General Conditions of Use may, at the sole discretion of the site, result in the termination of the Affiliate’s participation in the More Travel For You Affiliate Program.

REMUNERATION

The Affiliate will receive a commission, the amount of which will be set upstream and in accordance with the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ . The amount may not exceed 10% commission on the final sale price of each valid Transaction (after deduction of any discounts applied, excluding VAT) via the linked website.

Payments are guaranteed monthly, but https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ reserves the right to make weekly commission payments.
Commissions are only payable after receipt of the full amount of the product. For any sale made between the 1st and the 15th of the month, the commissions will be paid no later than the 15th of the following month, upon receipt of your invoice or receipt.

A Transaction is considered valid when a visitor referred by the Affiliate concludes a payment in accordance with their payment instructions, does not cancel their order and does not request a refund under the Refund Policy within 30-35 days of the Transaction date. The Transaction date is the date on which More Travel For You confirmed having received payment for the customer’s order.

The commission rate can be modified by the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ with a notice of 10 days with effect from the 11th day (or at a later date if this is specified by the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ ).

The commission may differ for special Affiliate campaigns.

Commissions on exclusive deals will be 10%.

Commissions on sporting events will be 5-7% depending on the remaining margin at More Travel For You
The Affiliate agrees to “self-bill”. Invoices in the name of the Affiliate will only be created if the Affiliate so requests in writing.
More Travel For You declines all responsibility with the tax authorities of the country in which you reside.

Payment of the remuneration will be made to the Affiliate if, before the payment date, the sum of the commission on the Transactions exceeds the threshold of EUR 50.

These General Conditions of Use do not or are not deemed to create an employer-employee relationship between More Travel For You and the Affiliate.

The Affiliate is responsible for paying all taxes for payments made through the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/
Note: the above-mentioned commissions only apply to the travel store, excluding Ponant cruises. No commissions on flights and hotels from our homepage search engine are available.

ASSIGNMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

The Affiliate may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these General Conditions of Use in whole or in part to third parties without the prior written consent of https://www.moretravelforyou.com/. The Affiliate acknowledges and accepts that the site https://www.moretravelforyou.com/ may assign its rights and obligations, and accepts that the information provided by the Affiliate during registration or the Affiliate’s sales statistics be shared or transferred to a third party.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Affiliate does not acquire any intellectual property rights, licenses or rights of any kind under these General Conditions of Use, except for the use of links to linked websites in accordance with these General Conditions of Use.

MAIN APPLICABLE LAWS

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Israel. In the event of a dispute relating to the formation, interpretation and execution of the Agreement, the parties undertake to attempt to reach an amicable agreement. If they do not reach this agreement within thirty (30) days of its execution, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local Commercial Court.
