Special Offer: If we reach 80 people, we will be happy to offer you 2 free trips, which will lower the total cost (excluding the cost of flights)
The Flights and the ground services are subjected to 2 different payment terms
Flights:
- Commercial flights: payment terms will be those of the chosen airline company
- Private flights: 50% of the total amount when order is placed, balance to be paid 30 days prior to departure
Ground services:
30% of the total when the order is placed, the balance is required to be paid no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled service or arrival date

Cancellations made 30 to 45 days before the service/arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the service/arrival date will incur a 75% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before the service/arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Important: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any applicable refunds (if due) will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
